    Description

Bear Super Kodiak 60 inch 45 pound Recurve bow.
    Absolutely brand new 2015 model
    Comes with original box
This sat in a dealer's inventory for almost five years before I bought the inventory.
The box looks very bad. I had to take it out of the box at the dealers former place of business to check and make sure that it has not been damaged. But it has not been damaged whatsoever.  Since that time I have partially reinforced the box.  That box is now probably stronger than it was originally before whatever happened to the box.  The inside of the  box  is perfect and the bow should not receive any damage in shipping.  The box looks like the very devil and I know that the bow, however, thankfully is absolutely perfect.   The bow does have a few birthmarks, which are common to all Bear bows.
For those of you who do not understand birthmarks, these are common in almost all Bear recurve bows.  The bows have birthmarks to one extent or another. T
hey evidence themselves by having the white streaks in the - in this case - brown and black pieces that were formed together to make the bow riser. There are parts of the bow that didn't receive the same amount of stain, but they are common in almost every Bear bow. You will see some of them in bows that are made from laminated wood. Some of them will have very few  - this one has a moderate amount. They are not flaws -  they are not cracks -  they are not anything.  They are part of buying a Bear bow.  If you do not believe this, go to Three Rivers Archery and they have a notation about birthmarks in every ad for every Bear bow they sell. For those of us who have dealt with their bows for many many many years, we take him as just a matter of life.  Some people who are new to to Bear bows or archery altogether would think there's something wrong with the bow - there is not. These are normal in the Bear process and have been ever since Fred Bear was alive.
It will be shipped fully insured - I will pay for the insurance and signature confirmation.  You just pay shipping.
And should come in the same condition that I find it
    today
. Perfect bow in a very ugly box.
