good, pre-owned condition condition with 25 individual plastic pockets for coupons each labeled by grocery items and velcro closure.
Shipped with USPS first class mail.

SHIPPING:  As a customer of the USPS, I try to use the most economical and beneficial rate for buyers.  However,  I cannot be held responsible for possible  post office  mishandling once an item  leaves my hand.  If you have concerns along that line, please request insurance and note it is important that you keep the original packaging in case of damage.  Also if you live on or near the West Coast or in Hawaii or Alaska, postage will be .00 higher with notification to Seller prior to my invoicing.  Sorry, no international sales
RETURNS:
I accept returns if agreed I have unintentionally misrepresented the item and am willing to provide a full refund for the purchase price.  I do not accept returns for something not fitting or you just don't like it or decided you don't want it.  Return shipping is the responsibility of the Buyer with item to be ret'd within 14 days of date item was rec'd.
